We accept students starting from 11 years old and above. Children under 16 years of age may participate, but a parent should remain throughout the class as an observer or participant. We do not function as a glorified daycare center.
Karate helps to improve physical fitness, discipline, focus, and self-confidence.
We teach a traditional Okinawan Karate style called Uechi-Ryu, along with some jujutsu self-defence techniques. We occassionally have visting instructors from other arts who are willing to share their knowledge with us. However, please note: we are very selective who we allow to train with us.
